We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, abuse the service, or violate applicable law.
You retain the rights you have in the prompts, uploaded files, reference images, generated figures, SVG assets, project data, and exports you create or submit through FigRay.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any rights in materials you upload, the figures, edits, exports, and other project outputs you create with FigRay belong to you. Before uploading reference images, screenshots, drafts, article figures, experimental results, or other materials, you must confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and institutional approvals to use them with FigRay.
