This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using FigRay. It applies to prompts, uploaded images, reference materials, generated figures, SVG assets, exports, and all other content processed through the service.

FigRay is intended for lawful scientific, educational, research, and professional figure creation.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use FigRay to create, upload, edit, request, distribute, or assist with content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, or other third-party rights
• Uses reference images, article figures, experimental results, or other materials without the required rights or permissions
• Creates misleading scientific, medical, clinical, regulatory, or safety claims
• Impersonates people or institutions in a deceptive way
• Includes malware, phishing, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems
• Promotes violence, self-harm, exploitation, or serious physical harm
• Contains NSFW, explicit sexual, sexually suggestive, or pornographic material
• Sexualizes minors or depicts minors in unsafe or inappropriate contexts
• Attempts to bypass moderation, security checks, payment rules, usage limits, or access controls

Scientific Integrity

Generated or edited figures may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing all labels, pathways, mechanisms, annotations, conclusions, and visual relationships before using any output in professional or academic contexts.

Do not use FigRay to fabricate experimental evidence, falsify results, misrepresent data, or create figures that could mislead readers, reviewers, patients, regulators, or the public.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, edits, projects, and exports. Before uploading content, make sure you have the rights, permissions, and approvals needed to process it through FigRay.

We may block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or limit access if we believe this policy has been violated or if continued access creates legal, security, payment, or platform risk.

Enforcement

We may use automated and manual review systems to detect policy violations, protect the service, and comply with payment platform and legal obligations.

If a request is blocked, you may revise the prompt or contact us if you believe the decision was made in error.
